Notice of meetings.
The first meeting (via teleconference) will be held on Friday, September 25, 2009, from 12 noon to 1 p.m. The second meeting (face-to- face) will take place on Tuesday, September 29, 2009, from 12:30 p.m. to 6:15 p.m., and continue on Wednesday, September 30, 2009 from 8 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. All times noted are Eastern time. The meetings may adjourn early if all business is finished. Requests for the draft agenda or for making oral presentations at the meetings will be accepted up to one business day before each meeting.
