Mullen; television personality Ellen L. DeGeneres; and Simone Biles, gymnast, and Michael F. Phelps II, swimmer, 2016 U.S. Olympic Team. He also referred to the Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant (ISIL) terrorist organization.
