 Mr. Cohen (for himself and Ms. Snowe) introduced the following bill;

                   For the relief of Nancy B. Wilson.

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the 
United States of America in Congress assembled, That, notwithstanding 
section 216(c)(3) of the Social Security Act (42 U.S.C. 416(c)(3)), for 
purposes of determining the eligibility for widow's insurance benefits 
under section 202(e) of such Act (42 U.S.C. 402(e)) pursuant to an 
application for such benefits filed on March 21, 1991, Nancy B. Wilson, 
social security number 000-00-2291, shall be considered the widow of 
Alphonse M. Wilson, social security number 000-00-9548, and shall be 
entitled to such benefits.
