       referred to the Committee on Oversight and Accountability

  To provide for a limitation on availability of funds for Executive 
   Office of the President, Office of National Drug Control Policy, 
 Federal Drug Control Programs, High Intensity Drug Trafficking Areas 
                     Program for fiscal year 2024.

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the 
United States of America in Congress assembled,

SECTION 1. LIMITATION ON AVAILABILITY OF FUNDS FOR EXECUTIVE OFFICE OF 
              THE PRESIDENT, OFFICE OF NATIONAL DRUG CONTROL POLICY, 
              FEDERAL DRUG CONTROL PROGRAMS, HIGH INTENSITY DRUG 
              TRAFFICKING AREAS PROGRAM FOR FISCAL YEAR 2024.

    Notwithstanding any other provision of the law, amounts authorized 
to be appropriated or otherwise available for Executive Office of the 
President, Office of National Drug Control Policy, Federal Drug Control 
Programs, High Intensity Drug Trafficking Areas Program for fiscal year 
2024 may not exceed $280,000,000.
