To provide for a limitation on availability of funds for The Judiciary, 
Court of Appeals, District Courts, and Other Judiciary Activities, Fees 
            of Jurors and Commissions for fiscal year 2024.

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the 
United States of America in Congress assembled,

SECTION 1. LIMITATION ON AVAILABILITY OF FUNDS FOR THE JUDICIARY, COURT 
              OF APPEALS, DISTRICT COURTS, AND OTHER JUDICIARY 
              ACTIVITIES, FEES OF JURORS AND COMMISSIONS FOR FISCAL 
              YEAR 2024.

    Notwithstanding any other provision of the law, amounts authorized 
to be appropriated or otherwise available for The Judiciary, Court of 
Appeals, District Courts, and Other Judiciary Activities, Fees of 
Jurors and Commissions for fiscal year 2024 may not exceed $49,750,000.
