Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, SECTION 1. LIMITATION ON AVAILABILITY OF FUNDS FOR U.S. DEPARTMENT OF INTERIOR, DEPARTMENT-WIDE PROGRAMS, CENTRAL HAZARDOUS MATERIALS FOR FISCAL YEAR 2024. Notwithstanding any other provision of the law, amounts authorized to be appropriated or otherwise available for U.S. Department of Interior, Department-Wide Programs, Central Hazardous Materials Fund for fiscal year 2024 may not exceed $10,010,000. <all>
