Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE. This Act may be cited as the ``Protect Our Children's Schools Act''. SEC. 2. KEEPING SCHOOLS SAFE. The unobligated balance of each amount appropriated or otherwise made available to the Secretary of Education to prevent, prepare for, or respond to the coronavirus shall be made available to local educational agencies to keep the elementary schools and secondary schools served by such agencies safe. <all>
