Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE. This Act may be cited as the ``NO FEAR for Whistleblowers Act''. SEC. 2. TRAINING LIMITATION. Section 202(c) of the Notification and Federal Employee Antidiscrimination and Retaliation Act of 2002 is amended by inserting before the period at the end the following: ``, except that such training may not be offered at the same time as insider threat training and may not include information on insider threats''. <all>
