Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, SECTION 1. METHANE MONITORING. Section 60105(e) of Public Law 117-169 (136 Stat. 2068) is amended-- (1) by striking ``In addition to'' and inserting the following: ``(1) In general.--In addition to''; and (2) by adding at the end the following: ``(2) Prohibition.--Amounts made available under paragraph (1) may not be used to monitor emissions of methane from livestock.''. <all>
