Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE. This Act may be cited as the ``Small Business Disaster Damage Fairness Act of 2023''. SEC. 2. COLLATERAL REQUIREMENTS FOR DISASTER LOANS. Section 7(d)(6) of the Small Business Act (15 U.S.C. 636(d)(6)) is amended in the third proviso-- (1) by striking ``$14,000'' and inserting ``$25,000''; and (2) by striking ``major disaster'' and inserting ``disaster''. <all>
