Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE. This Act may be cited as the ``Signature Integrity for Granting National Pardons Act'' or the ``SIGN Pardons Act''. SEC. 2. PRESIDENTIAL SIGNATURE REQUIRED FOR PARDONS. The President shall personally sign any pardon or reprieve that the President grants pursuant to Article II, Section 2, Clause 1 of the Constitution of the United States. <all>
