    CONGRESSIONAL EARMARKS, LIMITED TAX BENEFITS, OR LIMITED TARIFF 
                                BENEFITS

  Under clause 9 of rule XXI, lists or statements on congressional 
earmarks, limited tax benefits, or limited tariff benefits were 
submitted as follows:

       The amendment to be offered by Representative Grijalva, or 
     a designee to H.R. 2954--To authorize Escambia County, 
     Florida, to convey certain property that was formerly part of 
     Santa Rosa Island National Monument and that was conveyed to 
     Escambia County subject to restrictions on use and 
     reconveyance, does not contain any congressional earmarks, 
     limited tax benefits, or limited tariff benefits as defined 
     in clause 9 of rule XXI.
       The amendment to be offered by Representative Napolitano, 
     or a designee to H.R. 3964 the Sacramento-San Joaquin 
     Emergency Water Delivery Act, does not contain any 
     congressional earmarks, limited tax benefits, or limited 
     tariff benefits as defined in clause 9 of rule XXI.
