NO BAILOUT FOR SANCTUARY CITIES ACT
The SPEAKER pro tempore. Pursuant to clause 8 of rule XX, the
unfinished business is the vote on the motion to recommit on the bill
(H.R. 5717) to provide that sanctuary jurisdictions that provide
benefits to aliens who are present in the United States without lawful
status under the immigration laws are ineligible for Federal funds
intended to benefit such aliens, offered by the gentleman from New York
(Mr. Bowman), on which the yeas and nays were ordered.
