Majority Leader in consultation with the Democratic Leader, no earlier

of Daniel Driscoll; that following disposition of the nomination,
Senate resume Legislative Session and the Majority Leader be
recognized; and that if a motion to proceed to consideration of S.J.
Res. 11, providing for congressional disapproval under chapter 8 of
title 5, United States Code, of the rule submitted by the Bureau of
Ocean Energy Management relating to ``Protection of Marine
Archaeological Resources'', is made, and that motion is agreed to, all
