Majority Leader in consultation with the Democratic Leader, no earlier 
than Tuesday, February 25, 2025, with respect to the nomination of

nomination of Jamieson Greer.

consideration of the nomination, post-cloture, at approximately 10 
a.m., on Tuesday, February 25, 2025; that at 11:15 a.m., Senate execute 
the order of Monday, February 24, 2025 with respect to the nomination 
of Daniel Driscoll; that following disposition of the nomination, 
Senate resume Legislative Session and the Majority Leader be 
recognized; and that if a motion to proceed to consideration of S.J. 
Res. 11, providing for congressional disapproval under chapter 8 of 
title 5, United States Code, of the rule submitted by the Bureau of 
Ocean Energy Management relating to ``Protection of Marine 
Archaeological Resources'', is made, and that motion is agreed to, all 
time during recess count equally between proponents and opponents.
