       EC-455. A letter from the Acting Assistant Secretary, 
     Bureau of Legislative Affairs, Department of State, 
     transmitting Department Notification Number: RSAT cast 24-
     10632, pursuant to the reporting requirements of Section 3(d) 
     of the Arms Export Control Act; to the Committee on Foreign

       EC-456. A letter from the Chief Financial Officer, 
     Architect of the Capitol, transmitting the semiannual report 
     of disbursements for the operations of the Architect of the
