Dear Mr. Speaker: By direction of the Committee on
Appropriations, I submit herewith the Committee's report on the
suballocation of budget allocations for fiscal year 1999.
The Committee's overall allocation for fiscal year 1999 was
made pursuant to H. Res. 5. This allocation was made effective
for all purposes of the Congressional Budget Act of 1974.
Therefore, the Committee has suballocated the allocation
pursuant to section 302(b) of the Congressional Budget Act of
1974.

report on the suballocation of budget allocations for fiscal
year 1999 pursuant to section 302(b) of the Congressional
Budget Act of 1974.
