Res. 741] The Committee on Rules, having had under consideration House Resolution 741, by a record vote of 7 to 3, report the same to the House with the recommendation that the resolution be adopted. SUMMARY OF PROVISIONS OF THE RESOLUTION The resolution provides that the amendment to H.R. 4078 printed in section 2 of the resolution shall be considered as adopted in the House and in the Committee of the Whole. The amendment printed in section 2 of the resolution is as follows: ``In section 102(b), strike `employment' and insert `unemployment'.'' EXPLANATION OF WAIVERS The resolution does not provide any waivers.
