RELATING TO CONSIDERATION OF THE JOINT RESOLUTION (H.J. RES. 59) MAKING 
 CONTINUING APPROPRIATIONS FOR FISCAL YEAR 2014, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES

                        submitted the following

                              R E P O R T

                       [To accompany H. Res. 368]

    The Committee on Rules, having had under consideration 
House Resolution 368, by a record vote of 9 to 4, report the 
same to the House with the recommendation that the resolution 
be adopted.

                SUMMARY OF PROVISIONS OF THE RESOLUTION

    The resolution provides that the House insists on its 
amendment to the Senate amendment to H.J. Res. 59, the 
Continuing Appropriations Resolution, 2014, and requests a 
conference with the Senate thereon.
    Section 2 of the resolution provides that any motion 
pursuant to clause 4 of rule XXII relating to H.J. Res. 59 may 
be offered only by the Majority Leader or his designee.
