Radio Broadcasting Services; Borger, TX

AGENCY: Federal Communications Commission.

ACTION: Final rule.

SUMMARY: The Commission, at the request of Zia Broadcasting Company, 
allots Channel 294A to Borger, Texas. See 59 FR 37020, July 20, 1994. 
Channel 294A can be allotted to Borger, Texas, in compliance with the 
Commission's minimum distance separation requirements without the 
imposition of a site restriction. The coordinates for Channel 294A at 
Borger are North Latitude 35-39-24 and West Longitude 101-23-36. With 
this action, this proceeding is terminated.

DATES: Effective: January 13, 1995. The window period for filing 
applications will open on January 13, 1995, and close on February 13, 
1995.
