SUMMARY: Pursuant to the provisions of the Federal Advisory Committee 
Act (Pub. L. 92-463, 86 Stat. 770), notice is hereby given of the first 
meeting of the Advisory Committee on External Regulation of Department 
of Energy Nuclear Safety. This public meeting was previously published 
in the Federal Register (Vol. 60, No. 35), February 22, 1995.

DATES AND TIMES: Thursday, March 9, 1995, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.; and 
Friday, March 10, 1995, 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
