Hong Kong Economic and Trade Offices

By the authority vested in me as President by the
Constitution and the laws of the United States of
America, including S. 342, an Act to extend certain

June 27, 1997, I hereby extend to the Hong Kong
Economic and Trade Offices the privileges, exemptions,
and immunities provided by the International

and Article I of the Agreement on State and Local
Taxation of Foreign Employees of Public International
Organizations (T.I.A.S. 12135). This order is not
intended to abridge in any respect privileges,

international agreements or by congressional action.

                    (Presidential Sig.)
