pursuant to U.S.C. 552b(e) and '9.107(a) of the Commission's rules that
the above referenced Affirmation item ``c''--U.S. Department of Energy
(High-Level Waste Repository), Review of LBP-10-11, Docket No. 63-001-
HLW (Tentative) be held on September 9, 2011, with less than one week
notice to the public.
