These EPFAQs are intended to provide clarification of endorsed Nuclear Energy Institute's guidance related to emergency preparedness (EP) at licensed power reactor sites. The NRC is publishing these draft EPFAQs to inform the public and solicit comments. DATES: Submit comments by December 10, 2015.
