DESIGNATION. The United States Post Office building located at 102 South McLean, Lincoln, Illinois, shall be known and designated as the ``Edward Madigan Post Office Building''. SEC. 2. REFERENCES. Any reference in a law, map, regulation, document, paper, or other record of the United States to the United States Post Office building referred to in section 1 shall be deemed to be a reference to the ``Edward Madigan Post Office Building''.
