DESIGNATION OF MARTIN V. B. BOSTETTER, JR. UNITED STATES COURTHOUSE. The United States courthouse at 200 South Washington Street in Alexandria, Virginia, shall be known and designated as the ``Martin V. B. Bostetter, Jr. United States Courthouse''. SEC. 2. REFERENCES. Any reference in a law, map, regulation, document, paper, or other record of the United States to the United States courthouse referred to in section 1 shall be deemed to be a reference to the ``Martin V.
