DESIGNATION. The facility of the United States Postal Service located at 551 Kingstown Road in South Kingstown, Rhode Island, shall be known and designated as the ``David B. Champagne Post Office Building''. SEC. 2. REFERENCES. Any reference in a law, map, regulation, document, paper, or other record of the United States to the United States Post Office building referred to in section 1 shall be deemed to be a reference to the ``David B.
