DESIGNATION. The facility of the United States Postal Service, located at 9308 South Chicago Avenue, Chicago, Illinois, 60617, is designated as the ``John J. Buchanan Post Office Building''. SEC. 2. REFERENCES. Any reference in a law, regulation, map, document, paper, or other record of the United States to the facility referred to in section 1 shall be considered to be a reference to the ``John J.
