DESIGNATION. The facility of the United States Postal Service located at 600 Lincoln Avenue in Pasadena, California, shall be known and designated as the ``Matthew `Mack' Robinson Post Office Building''. SEC. 2. REFERENCES. Any reference in a law, map, regulation, document, paper, or other record of the United States to the facility referred to in section 1 shall be deemed to be a reference to the ``Matthew `Mack' Robinson Post Office Building''.
