DESIGNATION. The facility of the United States Postal Service located at 301 Green Street in Fayetteville, North Carolina, shall be known and designated as the ``J.L. Dawkins Post Office Building''. SEC. 2. REFERENCES. Any reference in a law, map, regulation, document, paper, or other record of the United States to the facility referred to in section 1 shall be deemed to be a reference to the ``J.L.
