                                 An Act


 
To designate the facility of the United States Postal Service located at 
 110 Postal Way in Carrollton, Georgia, as the ``Samuel P. Roberts Post 
        Office Building''. <<NOTE: Nov. 6, 2000 -  [H.R. 4786]>> 

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the 
United States of America in Congress assembled,

SECTION 1. DESIGNATION.

    The facility of the United States Postal Service located at 110 
Postal Way in Carrollton, Georgia, shall be known and designated as the 
``Samuel P. Roberts Post Office Building''.

SEC. 2. REFERENCES.

    Any reference in a law, map, regulation, document, paper, or other 
record of the United States to the facility referred to in section 1 
shall be deemed to be a reference to the ``Samuel P. Roberts Post Office 
Building''.

    Approved November 6, 2000.
