                                 An Act


 
To redesignate the facility of the United States Postal Service located 
at 900 Brentwood Road, NE, in Washington, D.C., as the ``Joseph Curseen, 
         Jr. and Thomas Morris, Jr. Processing and Distribution 
           Center''. <<NOTE: Sept. 24, 2002 -  [H.R. 3287]>> 

    Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the 
United States of America in Congress assembled,

SECTION 1. REDESIGNATION.

    The facility of the United States Postal Service located at 900 
Brentwood Road, NE, in Washington, D.C., and known as the Brentwood 
Processing and Distribution Center, shall be known and designated as the 
``Joseph Curseen, Jr. and Thomas Morris, Jr. Processing and Distribution 
Center''.

SEC. 2. REFERENCES.

    Any reference in a law, map, regulation, document, paper, or other 
record of the United States to the facility referred to in section 1 
shall be deemed to be a reference to the ``Joseph Curseen, Jr. and 
Thomas Morris, Jr. Processing and Distribution Center''.
