DESIGNATION. The facility of the United States Postal Service located at 204 South Broad Street in Lancaster, Ohio, shall be known and designated as the ``Clarence Miller Post Office Building''. SEC. 2. REFERENCES. Any reference in a law, map, regulation, document, paper, or other record of the United States to the facility referred to in section 1 shall be deemed to be a reference to the ``Clarence Miller Post Office Building''.
