PEAR MARKETING ORDERS. Section 8c(7)(C) of the Agricultural Adjustment Act (7 U.S.C. 608c(7)(C)), reenacted with amendments by the Agricultural Marketing Agreement Act of 1937, is amended in the last sentence-- (1) by striking ``or pears''; and (2) by striking ``: Provided,'' and all that follows through ``be equal''.
