August Post Office''. <<NOTE: Dec. 13, 2018 - [S. 3414]>> Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the United States of America in Congress assembled, SECTION 1. CAPTAIN MATTHEW J. AUGUST POST OFFICE. (a) Designation.--The facility of the United States Postal Service located at 20 Ferry Road in Saunderstown, Rhode Island, shall be known and designated as the ``Captain Matthew J. August Post Office''. (b) References.--Any reference in a law, map, regulation, document, paper, or other record of the United States to the facility referred to in subsection (a) shall be deemed to be a reference to the ``Captain Matthew J.
