<summary>This Public Land Order (PLO) withdraws 12,121 acres of public lands from settlement, sale, location, and entry under the general land laws, including from location and entry under the United States mining laws, and 939.56 acres of reserved Federal mineral interest from location and entry under the United States mining laws, for a period of 20 years to protect scenic and recreation values in the Upper Colorado River Special Recreation Management Area, subject to valid existing rights.</summary>
