<summary>The FAA is adopting a new airworthiness directive (AD) for all Deutsche Aircraft GmbH Model 328-100 and 328-300 airplanes. This AD was prompted by reports of a broken attachment eyebolt in a Collins Aerospace JB6 Commuter Class passenger seat. This AD requires a one- time detailed inspection of each affected part, and applicable corrective actions, and limits the installation of affected parts, as specified in a European Union Aviation Safety Agency (EASA) AD, which is proposed for incorporation by reference (IBR). The FAA is issuing this AD to address the unsafe condition on these products.</summary>
<dates>This AD is effective November 26, 2024.</dates>
